Trinette Chandler


Ms. Chandler is Of Counsel at Riley Trade Law PLLC.  She serves as a trusted advisor to its clients by applying skills learned in 20 years of working in complex, high-visibility Federal contracts as an attorney, on-site Federal contractor, and procurement consultant. She leverages the legal, business, and technical expertise gained while leading, winning, managing, and providing legal advice to Department of Defense (DoD), national security, healthcare, and space sector procurements each worth $500M+ at several of the largest defense contractors in the Nation.  Ms. Chandler holds a Top Secret security clearance.

She especially enjoys working with small businesses such as those that are designated as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs), 8(a), Woman Owned Small Businesses (WOSBs), and Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) firms to help them navigate a competitive and often overwhelming government and commercial contracting landscape.
